It all started when…

Dick Dragan grew up in the shadow of the Ford Motor Company Rouge Plant in the south end of Dearborn, Michigan. A rough and tumble area that bred an uncompromising man intent on creating a better future for his family. Dicky loved Northern Michigan and passed that love on to his children. In the 1970’s, Dicky and his brother bought property in Roscommon just outside Higgins Lake. Upon retirement in the 1990’s, Dicky made his home just down the road from Higgins. His Dream was to find a home on Higgins Lake where he could enjoy the beauty of the lake and the company of his children and grandchildren. Dicky passed away before realizing his dream but his children fulfilled his vision with the purchase of a gorgeous property in 2018. Dragan Resort’s is the embodiment of his dream and designed to ensure not only his family can enjoy the unique beauty of the lake but other families can make their own memories for generations to come.
